Our team is seeking a highly skilled naturopathic doctor to join our interdisciplinary collaborative environment and assist us in developing a high-functioning primary care office.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Naturopathic Doctor to develop, create, and lead the primary care team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to empower patients through personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities

">

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and performing relevant physical examinations.

">

They will utilize naturopathic principles to diagnose and treat various health conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and make medical specialty referrals when necessary.

">

The chosen candidate will also implement a combination of nutraceutical therapies, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional counseling to promote healing and optimal health.

">

Furthermore, they will educate patients on naturopathic principles, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures, foster a collaborative relationship with patients, and maintain accurate electronic patient records and documentation of treatments provided.

Qualifications

">

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution, 1+ years of practicing naturopathic medicine, and a current license to practice naturopathic medicine in the state of Washington.

">

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to work in an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment are essential.

">

A commitment to patient-centered care and holistic wellness is also required.

Benefits

Full-time employees (28 hrs./wk) are eligible for Kaiser Permanente Medical benefits, which include medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance.

We also offer breaks and lunches timed to your preference, paid Time Off, and full-time front office support.

This is a PT/Full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
