Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Multicare Health System. As a nursing professional, you will utilize your specialized training and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care using a holistic approach.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize, delegate, deliver, and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis
  • Demonstrate expertise in nursing education and experience to provide comprehensive care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance overall quality of care, patient satisfaction, and cost reduction
  • Create a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare teams
  • Advocate for ethical and patient-centered care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patient populations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years from initial date of hire; RNs with 15+ years of service may be considered for educational agreement waiver
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
  • Certification in specialty area preferred
  • One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
