Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Focus Staff. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. This includes evaluating patient needs, recommending treatment plans, and providing timely and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating patient needs and recommending treatment plans
  • Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
  • Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
  • Providing timely and accurate documentation
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Teaching and counseling patients and families
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
