Maintenance Supervisor Role Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor position is based at Cloverdale Plaza Apartments, a 180-unit affordable family community. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions within the apartment community.
Depending on the property's size, the Maintenance Supervisor may also supervise various technical and custodial staff.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, where the Maintenance Supervisor will manage overall curb appeal, unit turnovers, work orders, and additional projects as required. The position includes shared on-call responsibilities, with the frequency determined by property location.
Key Maintenance Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with a variety of maintenance duties, including but not limited to:
• Cleaning
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Plumbing
• Appliance repair
• Electrical work
• HVAC maintenance
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is required
• EPA certification is preferred
• Valid driver's license is required
• Ability to train, mentor, and guide other maintenance personnel
