Position Summary:
As a Research Associate - Bioanalytical Support at Net2Source Inc., you will provide critical bioanalytical support to biologics discovery project teams, working closely with protein therapeutics, biology, toxicology, and pharmaceutical development to optimize leads and select candidates for clinical evaluation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and apply protein LCMS-based assays, with a strong background in method development and application.
• Analyze, interpret, document, and summarize biologics bioanalytical data, utilizing data analysis software such as Xcalibur, Analyst, Graphpad Prism, SoftmaxPro, and Phoenix WinNonlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot LCMS instrumentation and methodologies, and provide critical lab support in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in one or more large molecule immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, MSD, Gyros, or similar.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related life science discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of the team.
