Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the wholesome, accurate, efficient, and fiscally responsible daily work and safety of Inbound and Outbound warehouse, facilities, and office associates.
  • Strategically monitor and adjust departments' activities, policies, and practices to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Communicate with Merchandising, Sales Management, and Market Managers to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
  • 10 years of operations distribution management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. AS400 experience preferred.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
