Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Denver Health.

Job Summary:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to adults and children, evaluating, treating, and helping to prevent illnesses and injuries that occur regularly in the general population. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive care, including admitting patients, providing preventative care, acute care, prenatal care, injury care, and managing chronic illnesses.

Essential Functions:
  • Admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to patients of all ages with acute and chronic illnesses, including major and complicated, and perform procedures.
  • Provide preventative and therapeutic care for patients of all ages, including admitting patients, providing preventative care, acute care, prenatal care, injury care, management of chronic illnesses, and performing procedures.
  • May provide guidance to staff in providing care for patients in ambulatory or inpatient settings.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate Degree Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • No previous experience required
  • MD-Physician - State Medical Board Required
  • BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association Required
