About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and other retail-related tasks to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, frequently bend, squat, and twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new programs and learn quickly.
