About the Opportunity

As a Student Service Coordinator/Advisor 2, you will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to provide guidance, support, and resources to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized advising and guidance to students on academic programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach and engagement strategies to promote student participation in university programs and services.
  • Collaborate with campus departments to develop and deliver co-curricular programs and activities that enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in student retention and success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as higher education, counseling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience working in a higher education setting, preferably in a student affairs or academic department.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
