Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Traveling BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to clients in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
  • Update objectives for reduction and acquisition as needed
  • Observe therapists implementing reduction and acquisition programs once per week
  • Provide praise or corrective feedback to therapists once per week
  • Discuss client progress with caregivers and address issues occurring in the home once per week
  • Train parents once per month
  • Complete at least 5% of required supervision for RBTs in person
  • Inform immediate supervisor of issues as they arise
  • Be available to travel to assigned destinations for two weeks out of the month
  • Service a full case load
  • Submit time sheets and reports on time
  • Complete daily progress notes and authorized therapy hours per client
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Master's degree in psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Acceptance of the Agency's philosophy and code of conduct
  • High level of integrity
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
