Key Responsibilities- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis principles to support the development of children with varying abilities.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions in clinic, home, community, and virtual settings.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned supervisors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Support effective communication between colleagues, families, and clients.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to plan and implement treatment programs.
- RBT certification and a high school diploma.
- Experience working in pediatric settings.
- Knowledge of child development principles and Applied Behavior Analysis methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including full-time, 40 hours/week.

- Maneuver between classrooms, offices, and buildings.
- Converse in person and via phone.
- Observe and respond to the physical and emotional needs of children.
- Use arms, hands, and fingers to handle objects.
- Reach up to 18 inches horizontally and vertically.
- Readily attain various positions to work with children.
- Bend, stoop, or squat to retrieve items.
- Sit at a table or desk for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Push and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
