POSITION SUMMARY

Monitor and patrol all areas of the establishment; assist guests with access to their accommodations. Oversee Closed Circuit Television systems, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire safety protocols. Secure property entrances as necessary. Conduct routine inspections for physical hazards. Respond to incidents, contact emergency services, or provide first aid/CPR as needed. Aid guests and employees during emergencies. Notify relevant personnel in the event of incidents, disturbances, or emergencies. De-escalate conflicts involving guests or employees. Request external assistance when required. Document all security-related incidents through comprehensive reports. Address interruptions and complaints effectively. Resolve safety hazard situations promptly. Escort unauthorized individuals from the premises without disrupting operations. Respond to vehicle accidents or thefts. Use proper codes to call for assistance. Complete a daily activity report summarizing Loss Prevention duties. Maintain confidentiality regarding all security-related documents and reports; share information only with authorized personnel. Conduct investigations and gather necessary evidence. Interview relevant parties as part of the investigative process.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues; support team efforts to achieve common objectives. Comply with quality assurance standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Some states may have additional licensing or registration requirements for this position. Read and verify information in various formats. Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Utilize computers and point of sale systems to access work-related information. Move quickly to respond to work situations. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate through confined or elevated spaces. Traverse uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.

The pay range for this position is $20.02 to $21.21 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits. Eligibility and other requirements may apply.
