Relief Caseworker

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive Relief Casework services in the Carbondale Office, including representative payee services, rental/mortgage assistance, and food pantry support. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to address their financial and nutritional needs, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

• Representative Payee Case Management: Open bank accounts, manage client bills, and maintain updated individual files.
• Rent/Mortgage Assistance: Conduct intake interviews, collect required documents, and complete follow-up contacts to ensure successful case management.
• Food Assistance: Assist with food deliveries, donations, and pantry supplies, as well as monthly high-rise distributions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services-related field.
• Casework experience preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License and access to a vehicle during business hours.
• Current ChildLine, PA State Police, and FBI background checks.
