Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage a team of civil engineers and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and Engineering: Oversee the design and engineering of civil and structural projects, including reviewing plans and making recommendations for improvement.
- Client Management: Coordinate with clients to ensure design meets their needs and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small to large team to deliver on commitments and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Communication: Deliver convincing presentations on company services and maintain good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registration: Texas Professional Engineering registration, ability and willingness to register in other states as needed.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of relevant industrial experience in civil/structural engineering.
- Skills: Knowledge and application of common industry standards (ASCE, AISC, ACI, PIP, etc.), expertise with civil/structural analysis software, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
