About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring that our facilities and equipment are operating at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of technicians to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are available.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
  • Manage and support automation projects, including programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC systems.
  • Lead and coordinate projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime, working closely with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities support business needs.
  • Ensure that safety regulations are met at all times and that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with automation, GMP, HACCP, and Allen Bradley PLC.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Hands-on technical experience, with a strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for implementing efficient solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
  • Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests during off-hours.
