We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered treatment plans to individuals with a dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Initial and Ongoing Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals served to identify risk and protective factors, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Person-Centered Relationships: Build strong, empathetic relationships with individuals and their families to understand their goals, strengths, and challenges.
- Short-Term Therapy and Clinical Support: Provide evidence-based clinical support to individuals served, including short-term therapy and crisis intervention.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of individual progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including navigators and recovery coaches, to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Social Services or a related field.
- Experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
As a Clinical Therapist at Open Sky Community Services, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on current licensure and experience.
- FREE CEU's and PAID licensure.
