Position Overview

We are seeking a Research Project Engineer with extensive experience in DOD project management. This role is crucial for overseeing technical engineering research initiatives within the defense sector.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000, commensurate with education and experience. During the contract phase, compensation is set at $75/hour.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience managing technical engineering research projects within the DOD
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Technical or military operational leadership experience
  • Project management experience in dynamic environments
  • Experience with classified DOD projects
  • Familiarity with the US Intelligence Community
  • Experience coordinating projects with US CYBERCOM
  • A strong understanding of the Air Force command and control processes and systems
