Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Generations Behavioral Health in Geneva, Ohio.

About the Facility:

Generations Behavioral Health is a 28-bed acute geriatric psychiatry hospital providing comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for adults 50+ years in age. Our team includes psychiatrists, internal medicine physicians, registered nurses, mental health techs, and other specialty services.

About the Pharmacy:

The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm and Saturday and Sunday - on call. We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to fill orders with accuracy, check technician-prepared products, maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances, and aid in the training of new staff.

Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
  • Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio
  • Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
  • Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
  • Effective communications skills; verbal and written
