Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A thorough understanding of restaurant operations with prior experience in managing multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage with customers.
- The ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems independently.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned regions.
- A minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate or bachelor’s degree.

Work Environment:
This role requires travel within specific geographic areas, and candidates should be prepared for a work schedule of at least 50 hours per week, typically consisting of five 10-hour days.
