Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and printer issues
- Assign tickets in our helpdesk
- Prepare and update devices for deployment
- Assist patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services
- Familiarity with computing equipment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Starting pay begins at $11.00 per hour
- Hours vary, but applicants must be willing to work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm
