Funciones y Responsabilidades:


El puesto de Especialista en Instalación de Vidrios es fundamental para la satisfacción del cliente en la empresa. Los especialistas son responsables de proporcionar una experiencia excepcional al cliente durante el proceso de instalación.
  • Inspeccionar minuciosamente los materiales del trabajo, asegurando que los productos sean del tamaño y estilo correctos, y que no presenten daños o defectos visibles.
  • Cargar los materiales necesarios en el vehículo de instalación, incluyendo materiales redundantes, herramientas, documentación del trabajo, equipo de seguridad, etc.
  • Comunicar a la oficina y al cliente si habrá retrasos en la cita programada para la instalación.
  • Al llegar al hogar del cliente, validar el trabajo a realizar, los productos a instalar, las ubicaciones de instalación y el tiempo estimado para completar el trabajo, gestionando las expectativas del cliente.
  • Instalar todos los productos y servicios incluidos en la orden de trabajo, resolver problemas de instalación que puedan surgir en el lugar.
  • Si no es posible realizar un servicio o instalación de calidad de manera segura en la fecha prometida, anotar todos los problemas y materiales necesarios para completar la instalación a satisfacción del cliente en una fecha posterior.
  • Comunicar con los miembros del equipo sobre trabajos incompletos, asegurando que se ordenen nuevos materiales y que se pueda discernir la causa del regreso, gestionando las expectativas del cliente.
  • Cuidar el hogar o negocio del cliente, asegurando que lo dejemos más limpio de lo que lo encontramos, utilizando cubiertas para los zapatos, etc.
  • Finalizar la instalación guiando al cliente a través del cuidado y mantenimiento de los productos, explicando la garantía (si aplica) y cómo contactarnos si necesita servicio o tiene preguntas adicionales.
Requisitos y Calificaciones:
  • 1 año de experiencia en instalación de vidrio residencial.
  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Todos los candidatos deben pasar una verificación de antecedentes inicial y prueba de drogas. Licencia de conducir válida y un historial de manejo limpio.
  • Los candidatos deben ser físicamente capaces de realizar el trabajo, estar en buena salud y tener la capacidad de levantar entre 50 y 100 lbs sin asistencia.
Habilidades Preferidas:
  • Reemplazo de vidrio residencial, incluyendo vidrio de ventana de un solo/doble panel, cerramientos de ducha, tragaluces, etc.
  • Instalación de ventanas/puertas residenciales, incluyendo nueva construcción y retrofit.
  • Mantenimiento, climatización y reparación de ventanas/puertas.
  • Habilidades efectivas de resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal/escrita.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferido.
  • Persona trabajadora, motivada, con excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
