About the RoleThis Technical Support Engineer position serves as the frontline for customer support, utilizing live chat and internal resources to resolve product issues and provide proactive guidance to customers.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Create positive experiences for our customers when they need help. Build trust and advisory relationships with customers to assist them in using the product effectively.
- Leverage Labelbox's product at a deep level to help customers achieve success. Stay informed about product updates and assist customers in preparing for new features.
- Understand how customers define their own success with the product and help them work towards that goal.
- Propose creative solutions to address customers' business problems and goals.
- Serve as a voice for our customers during internal discussions and projects at Labelbox. Represent their needs and struggles to drive product development in a strong direction.
- Maintain an understanding of customer experiences and trends. Collaborate with the team and other departments at Labelbox to provide customers with necessary information and tools for self-supporting the product.
- 2+ years of experience on a Technical Support team
- 2+ years of technical expertise in Python
- Experience with Machine Learning is a plus
- An ability to navigate complex customer requests or projects, gathering additional human resources for assistance if needed
- Empathy, patience, and phenomenal people skills
- An ability to learn quickly to understand and articulate new technologies and corresponding value propositions
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask to prioritize and manage workflow effectively
- A creative problem solver who can handle various software applications with ease
- Experience with common support software like Intercom, GitHub, Jira, etc.
