We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Service Promotion: Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through outreach efforts.
  • Team Support: Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Education: Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
  • Skills: Be a critical thinker with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask. Have great people skills and be able to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • Knowledge: Have a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.
