Community Manager Opportunity

Sparks Group is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead the team at a new upscale property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build a strong team by recruiting top talent, providing ongoing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Craft and manage budgets, generate comprehensive reports, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Leasing & Resident Experience: Spearhead the leasing process, ensuring exceptional service for current and prospective residents.
Requirements:
  • Previous lease-up experience.
  • 3-5 years of community management experience in high-end properties.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
