Qualifications and Experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the beet sugar production process
  • Familiarity with process control systems
  • Training across various operational roles including: Sugar Boiling, Lime Kiln, Boiler House Operations, and more
  • Possess basic quality hand tools
  • Ability to maintain and repair industrial facility equipment
  • Skill in identifying and diagnosing process and mechanical challenges
  • Basic mechanical aptitude

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

While all the skills and experiences mentioned are preferred, they are not mandatory for consideration for this role. This position is designed to facilitate the development of employees aspiring to advance to the Beet/Sugar End Technician role.
