About the Role

Ochsner Health System is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance imaging services and patient care
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • 1+ year of experience in radiology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
