As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are accounted for and moved to the appropriate area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and prioritizing activities based on shifts labor plan.
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Backup for critical roles on the floor to assure continuity during absences.
  • Monitor inventory issues throughout the facility and report problems to shift inventory clerk.
  • Spend at least five (5%) to ten (10%) percent of time as a production associate.
  • Maintain 5S (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of distribution or warehousing experience.
  • Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office Suite, applications and PKMS warehouse management system.
  • Previous lead or supervisor experience.
  • Ability to operate all material handling equipment.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Flexibility to cover other shifts during absences.
  • Ability to work in variant internal climate temperatures and low lighting.
  • Good depth perception.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of distribution or warehousing experience.
