At Dartmouth Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This dynamic environment offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, from newborns to end-of-life care, in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as a member of a team and respond calmly and effectively in a crisis. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred, and current certification in BCLS is required.

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences and training for professional development, with a clinical educator, case studies, and chart reviews performed between leadership and staff. You will also have access to free online training resources, including quality improvement through the Value Institute Learning Center at Dartmouth Hitchcock Health.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Apply the nursing process to make nursing judgments and decisions specific to assessment, planning, implementation/delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Document relevant data and care processes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

**Qualifications:**

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
