Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health

About the Role:
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Keene, NH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, person-centered behavioral health care to patients in the emergency department and inpatient consults.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric nursing.
- Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program specializing in psychiatry/mental health.
- At least 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders.
- Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations.
- Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN).
- Unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of New Hampshire.
- Valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license in New Hampshire.
- Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP) in New Hampshire.
