Job Summary: As a Maintenance Technician at Path Engineering, you will be responsible for performing mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on various equipment and machinery. This includes diagnosing problems, dismantling devices to remove defective parts, adjusting functional parts of devices, and repairing or replacing defective parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment and machinery, using technical knowledge and skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Operate various machining operations, including CNC machines, to manufacture and repair parts and equipment.
- Comply with housekeeping standards and participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Equipment Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
- Ability to use basic and specialized tools, and to work in a factory environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials and loud noises.
