Job Description

At Charlie's Produce, we are seeking a highly skilled Produce Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our produce displays and shelves meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate produce on displays and shelves to ensure optimal freshness and quality
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and store personnel
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and report to the sales manager
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and report to the sales manager
  • Follow instructions provided by the sales manager and adapt to changing business needs

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and produce industries
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • At least two years of retail experience in the wholesale produce industry
