Job Summary

We are seeking a highly visible and organized individual to facilitate a personalized and efficient experience for patients, visitors, and families. The successful candidate will manage patient flow, register patients for outpatient diagnostic services, and collect patient responsibility at time of service. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow by monitoring and anticipating patient arrivals and departures
  • Register patients for outpatient diagnostic services
  • Collect patient responsibility at time of service
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
