We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team at Opulence Inc. in New Hyde Park.
About the Role:
The Wireless Solutions Consultant will play a crucial part in helping customers navigate our wireless products and services, providing unmatched results for consumers and clients alike.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential, current, and former customers in person to provide a comprehensive understanding of our wireless products and services.
- Maintain and organize sales contracts and other confidential customer information in our POS system.
- Stay up-to-date on any promotions or discounts being offered by our client and upsell services when appropriate.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and team members, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Professionals to track customer engagement trends and campaign data.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $70,000 per year
