Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

At Soliant, we are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans as directed by an Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide therapeutic activities to enhance clients' functional abilities and daily living skills.
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve independence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and therapy documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to support client care.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, empathetic, and dedicated to client-centered care.
