Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Routine Maintenance Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Repairs: Perform repairs and replacements of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Appliance Repair: Repair and replace appliances as needed.
  • Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
  • Snow Removal in Winter Months: Remove snow from properties during winter months.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, appliance repair, and drywall.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
