Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer base and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, field personnel, and peers

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Agricultural industry (or equivalent experience)
  • PCA License required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Windows applications
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
