Nurse Practitioner Leader for Patient-Centric Care

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines. About the Role
The successful candidate will lead clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring compliance with health regulations and guidelines. This involves providing guidance, oversight, and support to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading clinic staff, implementing clinical protocols, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Additionally, the nurse practitioner will maintain accurate patient charts, adhere to company standards of operations, and promote a friendly and cordial work atmosphere.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Master's degree in Nursing, a Family Nurse Practitioner License, and at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients. Experience working as a Telehealth Clinician is a significant advantage.
