We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. You will conduct patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid state license as a Registered Nurse, a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and have a genuine interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill.
