Medical Care Associate

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Halifax Health, where you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care in the HHPO Med/Surg department.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with basic patient care, monitoring vital signs, recording fluid intake and output, and documenting patient care information accurately. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to ensure seamless delivery of care.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong educational background, including a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and current active Florida CNA certification. A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
