Restaurant General Manager Job Description

Arby's is committed to providing a positive work environment for our employees, and we're looking for a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members to achieve operational excellence in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to ensure a high level of customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Set an example by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and ensuring efficient and courteous customer transactions.
  • Work closely with the District Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform human resource functions, including staffing, training, and supervising employees.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit.
  • 5 years of restaurant experience and a desire to grow with the company.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a state-issued driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
