The Job

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to join our product management team, responsible for the success of Convoso's products, acting as the voice of the market and the customer, and identifying opportunities to evolve our product offering to solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify target customers and define product strategies.
  • Work closely with engineering to identify dependencies and risks, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Communicate the product's value to stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Develop relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage product goals and initiatives, prioritizing queues for new requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS software solutions.
  • Strong track record of developing platform products, with a focus on API/Integration first strategies.
  • Ability to work directly with architects and engineers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Strong customer focus, with a track record of successful customer interactions.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others without authority at all levels of the organization.
