Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Medical Dosimetrist PRN to join our radiation therapy department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing treatment plans and ensuring accurate dose calculations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists to develop treatment plans and perform dose calculations.
- Record and manage patient data related to radiotherapy and brachytherapy treatments.
- Assist Radiation Therapists in simulation and setup verification of treatment delivery.
- Work with Medical Physicists to ensure quality management practices and proper use of equipment.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from a JRCERT-accredited Medical Dosimetry Program.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- ARRT certification or eligibility.
- At least 36 months of clinical experience under the direction of a certified medical dosimetrist or medical physicist.
- 24 CE credits approved by the MDCB during 36 months of clinical experience.
