Our HomeBase program serves 600 clients in Bedford-Stuyvesant, offering case management and support to help them maintain stable households.

The Program Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the success of this initiative. Reporting to the Assistant Program Manager, this position is responsible for supervising direct reporting staff, analyzing data to inform program improvements, and communicating effectively with clients, funders, and colleagues.

This challenging and rewarding position requires a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 annually, reflecting the NYC cost of living.
