Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform accurate and complete documentation, including patient assessments and data collection.
- Identify individualized patient learning needs and implement effective measures to address knowledge deficits.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure effective communication with staff, physicians, and patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
- Must possess current BLS Certification; ACLS preferred.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
