Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Substation department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of substation projects
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, engagement, and retention
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • 12+ years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on substation engineering and leadership
  • PE registration required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
