Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to assist in our Musculoskeletal, Neurosurgery, and Neuropsychology Clinic. Your primary duties will include:
  • Patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Managing incoming calls and inquiries
  • Distributing medical records through our electronic medical record system
  • Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the patient journey

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Preferred: At least one year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly EPIC, is a plus
