11. **Root Cause Analysis**: Identify issues with non-conforming parts and investigate underlying causes.

12. **Support Activities**: Engage in support activities for the Quality/Reliability team as required.

13. **Audit Plans**: Develop and implement new audit plans as needed.

14. **Credibility and Influence**: Quickly establish credibility and influence project teams across all levels.

15. **Stakeholder Partnership**: Collaborate with key stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the organization.

16. **Leadership**: Provide clear direction for quality auditors and training team members in a changing environment.

17. **Strategic Mindset**: Maintain a strategic perspective, understanding how business decisions impact the organization as a whole.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering, or industrial technology.

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience, with supervisory experience required.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong self-initiative and proven project management capabilities.

- Knowledge of production systems and techniques, with the ability to learn and apply management tools.

- Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis.

- Computer skills are essential.

- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.

- Periodic travel may be necessary.
