Job Title: People Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled People Partner to join our dynamic team at SmithRx. As a key member of our Customer Support organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and navigating the complexities of our rapidly growing company.

Job Summary:

The People Partner will be responsible for providing HR support to our team members and people leaders, ensuring a seamless employee experience. This role will require you to be a trusted advisor, culture champion, and strategic partner to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees and people leaders, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with other People functions to design and implement programs that attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Facilitate the adoption and education of HR policies and practices within the company.
  • Build credibility and trust among employees, resolving employee concerns with compassion and follow-through.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of partnering with leaders in customer service/call center operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Expertise in navigating and resolving complex ER matters, including leaves, ADA, etc.
