Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to address their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and managing patient symptoms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic medical records and other tools.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
