Job Title: Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team at Honda Center. As a key member of our creative operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing project resourcing and prioritization, managing creative deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive business growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and creative requirements
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, and proactively develop and communicate mitigation strategies
  • Manage resources effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Lead, defend, and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
  • Maintain high standards of creative quality and brand consistency across all projects
  • Ensure that deliverables meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer within a creative agency or technology company
  • Experience building and training team members on new processes and/or tools
  • Problem-solving abilities in a creative capacity
  • Flexible and efficient, with a bias towards finding solutions to challenging problems
  • Attention to detail, organization, and proactiveness
  • Able to self-manage while finding opportunities to collaborate with other department leads
  • Able to successfully manage multiple complex and high-profile, high-budget projects simultaneously
